Where's my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with a link to follow it from our warehouse to your door. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Haven't received tracking after 48 hours? Email us your order number and we'll dig in immediately.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
Two clicks from your account dashboard — pause, skip, swap, or cancel anytime, no phone calls or awkward emails required. If you can't find it, just email us and we'll handle it for you the same day.
Which formula is right for my dog?
The fastest way is our 60-second quiz, which matches your dog to the right formula based on breed, age, weight, and wellness goals. If you'd rather get a personalized recommendation from a real human, email us with a quick description of your dog and what you're trying to solve.
What's your return policy?
If you (or your dog) aren't completely satisfied within 60 days of your first order, we'll refund every penny. No need to return the bottle. Just email us and we'll take care of it — usually within the same business day.
Are PetWell products safe with my dog's medication?
Our formulas are made from clean, vet-formulated ingredients and are generally safe alongside most medications. That said, we're not your vet — if your dog is on prescription medication, has a diagnosed condition, or is pregnant or nursing, please check with your veterinarian before starting any new supplement.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — drop us a line and let us know where you'd like us to ship next. We're listening.
